The Hook and Scenario

In 2021, I joined a strategic task force to materialize the "Future of Mobility" for Itaú. In a market demanding digital-first and hyper-personalized journeys, my role was to translate an ambitious business vision into a high-fidelity visioning project. I bridged the gap between complex credit analytics and a democratized experience, unifying the roadmap for both B2C and B2B sectors.

Strategic Journey & Decision Making

Modular InnovationSince the web design system was not yet consolidated, I bypassed current constraints to create a modular visual language. I traded immediate compliance for a forward-looking architecture that served multiple Business Units.

Decision-Driven UII prioritized high-fidelity micro-interactions for "moments of truth" like credit approval and fleet comparison. This was a strategic choice to reduce stakeholder uncertainty and prove that complex data could be delivered with clarity.

Risk MitigationI designed every component to be data-driven (Analytics by Design). This ensured the vision was a viable technical benchmark rather than just a conceptual exercise, effectively bridging the gap between business goals and engineering reality.

Results & Impact

Strategic Blueprint The visioning became the official "North Star" for the mobility sector, aligning stakeholders on the future of B2B experiences.

Foundation for ScaleThe modular concepts were later adopted as the reference for evolving web products across the bank's financing ecosystem.
